Refund policy

Return policy.
　　　Returns of pre-order items are not permitted.
　　　Innerwear (bras, panties, etc.) cannot be returned.
　　　Other items for immediate delivery can only be returned if they have not been worn. We will refund the product price, but not the initial shipping fee. 

Size exchange
　　　Size exchanges are only accepted when the product is in stock and the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
　　　Returns and exchanges are not possible for size-customised products.

Return period
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at kotoneorganic(a)gmail.com to inform us of your return request.

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return of the product. If the item is defective, we will bear the costs.

Defective goods
Please contact us within one week after the arrival of the goods if there are any defects in the goods. Size exchanges are only possible when the product is in stock and the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs. If you are unsure about the size selection, please contact us in advance.
