Delivery schedule

All orders are shipped from Japan or Australia.
Stocked items will be dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order.

Please note that delivery times for pre-order items may change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, we will inform you in advance by e-mail of the order.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is a flat rate of 800 yen within Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Small items can be sent by Nekopos or post for 400 yen.

International delivery is also available. International delivery is ¥3,000 (flat rate within Australia and New Zealand). (Flat rate of 800 yen within Australia and New Zealand).

Free shipping

Free shipping for domestic orders over 25,000 yen and free shipping for international orders over 30,000 yen.

Customs duties/ Import Tax

The purchaser is responsible for import duties on international shipments. Goods are shipped from Japan or Australia.

Packaging

The products are delivered in simple, environmentally-friendly packaging that minimises the use of plastic. Packing is made of biodegradable and compostable plastic or recyclable paper.
