---

A relaxed shirt made from a brushed material that combines organic cotton and kapok, a new sustainable material made from nuts.

55% Turkish organic cotton, 45% Indonesian kapok. Kapok is 1/8 the weight of cotton and has a high hollowness, making it a new material with excellent insulation, heat retention, and moisture absorption properties.

This fine houndstooth pattern material is blended with organic cotton and brushed to give it warmth and softness.

Spinning and milling are done in China.

design

Based on the relaxed fit of our popular organic cotton relaxed shirt, we've reduced the amount of gathering while taking into account the thickness of the fabric, resulting in a neat, genderless look. The cuffs are cut with a kenboro style, adopting the details of a men's shirt, and the buttons are again on the right front. The small regular collar looks neat when buttoned all the way up, but you can enjoy different looks by unbuttoning one or two at a time. The buttons are Japanese-made shell buttons. The grey uses black mother-of-pearl buttons, and the cream uses Akoya shell buttons. The subtle sheen adds elegance to the shirt.

Generous length and sleeve length, comfortable neckline. When worn alone, it has a slimming effect, and you can also wear a comfort turtleneck underneath and then put it on. Available in three sizes, it is a size that can be worn comfortably by many people.

The large pocket on the chest is an accent. It has a button on the top of the pocket, which is both stylish and functional.

To care for your item, place it inside out in an organic cotton laundry bag and machine wash. This will prevent pilling and make it last longer. Before hanging it out to dry, smooth out any wrinkles with your hands and hang it to dry naturally.

*The sample in the photo, gray, has the same overall look, but it is before minor adjustments. The exact silhouette is the same as the cream, and the changes are that the drop shoulder is slightly raised (less drop) and the amount of gathers on the sleeves has been reduced. Please refer to it.

Why is Kapok Sustainable?

Kapok grows widely in Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa. It grows quickly, requires little water, and does not require the use of pesticides or insecticides. It also has a low environmental impact because it is harvested from nuts collected without cutting down trees. Due to its short fibers, it has been used for padding, etc., but in recent years it has become a new material that can be used as fabric by blending it with other materials such as cotton.
